So.....I updated my account on Myfavouritemagazines with my new details when I moved house....

three weeks ago

following the instructions on the address label for my subscriber issues.

New issue turns up today.....redirected from the old house. :?

Can't phone in, emailed and explained situation. surely 3 weeks notice is long enough to get it right?

Edit: just had an email saying they aren't responding to anything and manage online :roll: erm....I did and you still can't send to the right place
