Favorite Video Game TV Commercial

What's your favorite video game TV commercial?

For me:

When I saw that ad on TV for the first time, that was when I realized that games were becoming MUCH more popular. And it made me want a NES (I had a Sega Master System and an Atari 2600 back then).

Not so much retro but FH3 made the hairs on my neck stand up when I saw it in the Cinema, the cover of wicked game on it is probably what sold it.

Did like the one with the crowds chanting 'Mario' and the camera panned back to a picture of the earth, with people arranged to make Mario's face - think that was when the SNES came out in the UK?

Nope, that was when Super Mario Bros came out on the NES. Around the same time the movie "The Wizard" came out.

Ah you're right! Didn't they come out at similar times? (Which may be why I have confused the two)
