Ramble on a
bit? A lot. There's so much walls of text at tangents I gave up after the first few posts.
While I appreciate the effort that goes into the research, the final presentation lets you down.
Laird's stuff might be derivative and inaccurate, but it is readable and flows well.
You two ought to collaborate, there'd be a happy medium.
And fwiw, I do own a Jag and a few of its games. It a system I like, I almost invested in when new, but am ultimately glad I passed and waited for the PS1.
I suppose my ramblings go on and lack professional presentation, unlike Lairds articles that get a team of people to edit and make them flow. As a solo act, I try and re-read my posts to see if I've gone on too much. Yeah, ok, so that may be the case but I have put time and effort into what is posted.
I'm not here to try and rip Laird or his articles apart - it just annoys the geek in me when contacts so easy to talk to never appear in the articles and we just get the same people over and over.
As for working with Laird - maybe! I've got a very big bucket load of information I'm sitting on from some very hard to get people (ex Atari, ex software houses etc.)....

There are zero differences between the published article and the original Word document I submitted.

What is the current team in the office anyway? Is it still just Daz and Nick putting the whole mag together with subs from freelancers and some art guys.
I believe so.

Well, that's enough Jag for 2018 and unlikely I'm going to be publishing any new finds on here in 2019... So the Jag is fully back in Lairds court now.
I'm all set up for a great new year of discovery - 1st is with a chap going by the name of DazAU78

Finally got time to read it. Love the Making Ofs, especially Intensity and Bushido.

I'm a subscriber, but i think i prefer the shops covers.

Actually in this particular case I prefer the sub cover.
For SNK issue definitely retail cover was much better

I was disappointed that the Detective article didn't mention Cruise for a corpse...
