The Retro Gaming League

Post by SirClive » Wed Mar 11, 2009 6:19 pm

For those of you who like a good high score battle (and lets face it, you wouldn't be in this part of the forum if you didn't!) don't forget about the fantastic Retro League. Now in its 14th season it has just the right balance of friendly fun and competition.

Wouldn't he actually be referring to the High Scores section of the site? Where this was posted? Which is a section most people skip by??

Yo Clivey, looks like season 14 is already well underway. Do us a favour and PM me or chuck a reminder on RP near the time when league 15 starts so I can be in on the start. Cheers. :)

There's always a thread on the 'It's All About The Games' forum and we send a bulk e-mail to all registered members when the nominations thread goes up, so there's usually quite a bit of warning. I can always ask merman to go around to your house and play a fanfare if you want. ;)

Season 15 , will start a week on Sunday (the 26th)

Nominations thread is up :

http://s11.zetaboards.com/RetroLeague/topic/7137389/

And i'll PM you both , plus post the regular "season starting soon" message in the other forum here ..... and as Sureshot mentioned there will also be a general "nominations thread is open" email that goes out to everyone who has an account on the forum

Is that enough though? I have organized with my mate God to re-organize the stars to spell out the start date and information for this coming season. If it is cloudy, He has agreed to shape the clouds into giant advertising fluffy billboards
