yer I saw that - but think I'll go for the £22 quid version - money's a bit tight for anything fancy.

Looking through that list I realise I own almost all of those games  I need to get back to focusing on my Vita games, Phoenix Write 5 and Destiny have been pulling me away from it.

I'm still really enjoying Akiba's Trip when I have been playing my Vita though. Its like a quirky, anime version of Yakuza at times especially with the side stories which almost always devolve into a brawl. It has a heep of technical problems but nothing that really hurts my enjoyment of the game.

Anybody else played Hohokum? I think I did a couple of levels on it but I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing

That's next on my list to buy. It looks crazy but awesome at the same time.

I've been playing Murasaki Baby instead. Its a weird little game but a really good one at that. Its a touch based puzzle game where you lead a little girl through a nightmarish world looking for her mother. Its a short game but it keeps itself fresh and never outstays its welcome. I thoroughly recommend it.

It's probably a bit late but be careful as they're very divisive games, I didn't like Metrico (shame as I wanted to) and have heard bad things about Freedom Wars.

Odd, I've heard good things about almost all of Freedom Wars - the biggest complaint being some grinding needed to clear later levels which has since been patched. I'm looking forward to giving it a go, 3rd person shooters are unfortunately few and far between on the Vita which is a pity as its well suited to them controls wise.

Metrico though, its a game that would have been great if the devs didn't feel the need to use every Vita feature in the game badly. Gyro controls work terribly in that game and impact the platforming - while Murasaki Baby implements Gyro controls really well. Plus its one of the few games that actually needed a proper tutorial to explain each new "power" you get - as the way it was when I played it felt like terrible trial and error. I really should give it another go though, as it was a cool concept executed badly...

Meanwhile, I've picked up another import that arrived today: Blazblue Chronophantasma. Its a fantastic fighter - the controls work great on the handheld and its not had any content (that I'm aware of) cut so you get the full experience. There's plenty of characters and content too, and the game looks amazing. Its worth importing and just skipping the last BB game that was released over here, as the wealth of new characters alone makes this one the better purchase.

Picked up Virtue's last Reward today, £10 - thought that wasn't bad.

Very good price. :)

Just spotted on Twitter that Pier Solar is getting a Vita version. Good news.

Glad to see Pier Solar is getting a Vita release (the more the merrier!).

Today I got a copy of Dragonball Z Battle of Z. Weirdly enough its held its price really well and it was pretty hard to find a proper PAL copy. Even eBay didn't have any. That might end up a future rarity. Also, my copy of Natural Doctrine is on its way from Shopto
