The Windows Mobile 6 port of Kings Bounty. It's the same game as it ever was but with some excellent improvements in the UI.

Best game ever.

See for me the amiga game enjoyment all depends on the choice of joystick for me it was the cheetah range of joysticks.
Nah. Kempston Competition Pro 5000, hands down. And it's SWOS not KO2. Sheesh!
I used to have all the sensi games on amiga including the demo disk ones when a new amiga i need to see which ones still work plus i need to re downlaod swos on 360.

SWOS= the best footy game ever. forget fifa I wanna see swos 2015 but done in the style of the old ones not done like 2006.

It's toss up between:

Super Mario World
Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap
Sonic The Hedgehog (Mega Drive version)
Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition (Arcade)

It's all a matter of nostalgia with the above (although they are all very polished games in their own right).

The list's a little different if we're looking at game deign, immersion and game mechanic finesse.

Tempest in the arcade.

Unforgettable, without peer, and THAT spinner control.
