If Cartoon Network is going to be brought into this, mention has to be made of Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends.
Re: Favorite Nickelodeon cartoons/programs...
Nickelodeon was my childhood. Nothing else.
My favorite cartoons were:
Ren and Stimpy
Real Monsters (can't believe nobody has mentioned this one yet)
Rockos Modern Life
Favourite live shows were:
Sister Sister
Kenan and Kel
Alex Mack
Are you afraid of the Dark?

I didn't get cable until 1994 by which time I was already 16 so I didn't watch Nickelodeon. However I do remember the Nick cartoon of Ren & Stimpy on terrestrial TV. It was totally crazy and funny too.
While babysitting my nephews I've watched quite a few SpongeBob cartoons, they are highly amusing and pretty daft. Fire underwater? Running a bath underwater?

Too right. Though Round the Twist at least made it onto ordinary telly.Antiriad2097 wrote:You've just named more channels than the entire catalogue that existed in my childhood.
I've seen some great references back to old stuff though. There's an episode of Dexter's Laboratory that features Blue Falcon and Dynomutt (mind you, one channel has been re-running the ancient Laff-O-Lympics recently which he appeared in). Then there's a brilliant episode of Johnny Bravo where he meets the lot from Scooby-Doo (though since then they've made loads more new Scooby-Doo shorts and movies).
Best around at the moment I think is Hero 108 - love that. The drawing style and abstract creature designs are fantastic.
