I played it for a short while & for some reason it just didn't click with me. I also have Monster Tale (which is done by the same guys) still sat on my shelf sealed.

Nice, but the fact that they're all different put me off. I opted for the regular boxed edition instead, looking forward to it

Different only in the countries the stamps and coin come from. They all have diamonds, stamps and a coin in them.
Lie with passion and be forever damned...

If the price was right I would for collecting reasons. Not that I really "collect" games much these days. Nice item to have though, and its one of the last Ninty-published DS games.
Don't know if I will be able to see the characters on the screen when sat back typing though as I play DS games on my Lite.

Also got my copy of Diamond Trust a couple of days ago:
It's a shame to see that there are still over 4000 copies of the game left, considering the complete run was only 5000 regular editions. This means less than 20% have been sold so far. Although there also are the Limited Editions of course, another 1000, bringing up the total sold to about 30%.

I just picked up a DSi XL. Bloody enormous screens! I'm into that. I still have the original DS kicking around. Hadn't looked at it for ages and it still had a charge but also a broken hinge. Bah.
When I tried it out, I was shocked at how bad the first DS screens were but I fancied another go on Meteos and I really want to play Aliens Infestation so that's why I picked up the DSi XL.
Anyway, just ordered a handful of games to get my collection started again. I'm going to avoid the R4 route this time as I'm putting together a games room and want a few boxes in it.
I've picked up;
Space Invaders Extreme
Meteos
Rhythm Paradise
Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam
Wario Ware Touched

I only have 11 DS games left now after gradually culling them down over the years. There's a massive amount that I'd like to to try though, most of them RPG's or puzzlers.
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

I was a bit bored the other day and had about ten quid left in the bank so I decided to see how many DS games I could buy for a tenner (that looked decent enough for me to want to play).
Got 5 in the end, had a little bit of postage on a couple, but I got the rest postage free with my Amazon Prime account.
B Team: Metal Cartoon Squad £1.02
Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter £1.69
Lost Magic £3.30 (No Box)
Scurge Hive £1.00
Lock Quest £3.10
Came to about 12 quid something with postage. Was quite pleased although I still haven't played them past checking if they work.

Have this to try out once I'm done with
Ar no Surge, the series looks like really good fun from what I've seen on YT.

Just picked up front mission for £10.
Not a huge fan of this type of game but I love the look of the art style. Going to give it a good few hours before giving up on it.
