Only experienced the Spectrum on the iPad app so from that I'd say Saboteur.

Another hard one - Target Renegade because the wow factor was the size of the game space, Turbo Esprit by Durell because the awe that was shown by a group of 15 year olds when a pixelated car indicated or Wet Set Jelly, purely because I spent most of my life so far trying to finish it
