Gears Of War 3

im quite a fan of the series and I've been keeping a close eye on GOW3, i cant wait for it to come out

Beast Mode:
Take control of Locust's instead of COG's - like tickers, wretches etc

Decide The Fate Of Carmine:
Tomorrow - T-Shirts will availible for purchase on Xbox live - either Save Carmine or Carmine Must Die with all proceeds going to charity

New COG chararacters:
Seems like we have new characters in the GOW3 story, some familair names and some not

New Enemies:
Looking at some pics and the online videos, the new enemies look fantastic!

Two new characters are being voiced by Ice-T and Claudia Black... it's looking good so far I have to say...

Latest News: Gears Of War 3 finally has a proper launch date, with the Xbox 360 exclusive shooter due to be released worldwide on 20th September 2011.

Well thats good new, hopefully it won't clash with zelda or the new tomb raider. Of course, we should have been playing it at easter.

Looking forward to this a lot. Playing through 1&2 currently with a mate in co-op on Insane after already completing them solo. I don't do repeat play-throughs of games like this usually but I am a huge fan.

Bulletstorm arrived today too which grants Beta access.

Did anyone here play the preview at Eurogamer?

Had the opportunity to try Beast Mode a few months ago, and it was really great. The graphics have also improved a lot, so I really can't wait to play this one.

I'm waiting for this one, but they will have to step up their game for the 3rd installment. I just hope the multiplayer is better, no lag, quicker matchmaking/searching for multiplayer games, and no bugs or gliches in multiplayer that lets players cheat and use invisable shields.

Caring not a jot for the multiplayer, I'm hoping they've sorted out the boss balance for solo play. First one was a pain in the behind, second one was too easy, so this one should be just right.

I keep noticing that most games are in there 3rd istallment like GOW and a few other games now (Battefield, Modern Warfare etc) Is this really the last Gears game that Epic will make?

Just not feeling it for the 3rd.

Own and completed both in SP.Tried to get an online game on the 2nd when i had Gold, but each time just sat in lobby for 25 mins+ waiting....waiting...nowt.

Will pick up down the line once it's nice n cheap.
