bought a 3DS with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and Professor Layton & The Curious Village (DS)
its alright, I guess. not really blown away but atleast I can catch up with the whole DS universe now since I've never owned any handheld after the GBA SP. must say the 3ds has a bunch of promising upcoming titles.

Picked up:
- Another Code: Two Memories on the DS
- Dark Void on the 360 (ALways thought this looked interesting for a cheapy game - cost me like 3 quid)
- Ouendan 2 on the DS (Perfected the first one on all difficulties - heard this one was even harder
)
Still debating whether or not to pick up the Driver Collector's Edition. Really liked the original Driver back in the day.

Dark void is cool, a very underrated game - the first level is a bit of a grind but perservere with it.Random Hero wrote:Picked up:

I love this game, sold my copy ages ago and keep meaning to pick another up, very short but I had me gripped start to finish. Much better then Hotel Dusk:Room 215 by the same developer, I just found Hotel far to slow and with very few likable characters, a bit of a shame as it had some fine hand drawn visuals.Random Hero wrote:Picked up:

Myself I picked up today:
MUSIC - PS1 - been a bugger to track down in the excellent condition I got it in and from crack converters as well
ABE'S EXODUS - PS1
DESTRUCTO 2 - PS1 - Thought to not exists at one point, its a basic match three gems/colours to break the blocks with a cute Mr Driller inspired character. Brand new and sealed off eBay for £5
Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??
Saw the CE in GAME today and managed to resist. Loved the first two games, hated Driv3r with an intense passion and felt a bit 'meh' towards Parallel Lines but this new game looks really fun. Plus the 1969 Dodge Charger is one of my dream cars so it's even harder to resist the model of it that comes packed with the CE...Random Hero wrote: Still debating whether or not to pick up the Driver Collector's Edition. Picked up some more games today (I really shouldn't but since work constantly keeps me away from browsing the shops, I thought it'd be a waste to pass up the chance).
Virtua Fighter 5 (PS3)
Duke Nukem Forever (PS3)
Parappa the Rapper (PSP)
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (DS)
Also picked up a PC game in a charity shop for £2. Neverwinter Nights Deluxe Edition (original game plus both expansions in a gold slipcase thing). Don't play PC games so if anybody wants this for the same price + postage then give me a PM

Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Picked these up (from Crack Convertors again):

Well chuffed with Champions : Return to Arms as i've been keeping my eyes open for that and Champions of Norrath since JD told me they were pretty close to the Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance games, in terms of gameplay. Marvellous stuff, as they were all £1.49 and pretty much mint.
