What games/consoles have you bought this week??

This came in the morning by UPS and am really impressed by the service of GBAX.com.

The controls are great to use (though the shoulder buttons are a bit too small perhaps) and the face buttons are fine. The screen is really nice to look at and the speakers are tinny but didn't plan to use the sound much which is just as well as it lacks a volume control.

Until the microsd card and MiniSD adaptor come through in the post had a quick play with it and it played every unarchived GBA game I through at it without problems, likewise on the NES side of things.

On the free game side of things, '7 Days' is by far the best, and the amount of audio and video features is immense, supporting various audio and video filetypes and having nice options like flash file player and ebook reader, though it's a bit pointless reading anything on that screen.

All in all, I'm really impressed with it and things will open up even more when Dingux is installed!

Dude, does yours have a serial number on the bottom? Mine had none of the 3D games installed, I think they may have fobbed me off with a fake one at GBAX...

Pads seem to be expensive for some reason........I need an original Xbox controller but they always go for a few quid as well

Everyone has such awesome stuff, it puts my tiny little collection to shame. But still, I'm happy cos I got me a Speccy +2 and an instant collection of about 30 odd games. So I'm gonna go play How to be a Complete Bastard now XD

My faith has been restored a tiny bit in Royal Mail, after Sin and Punishment came yesterday, today the van turned up with 3 more items ordered before Christmas, Including my SNES Wii Controller

I just got a bundle of Nintendo 64 games from a guy at work. The twist is this guy lived in and is American so all of these will play at 60hz nicely.

He's giving me his US N64, 4 pads and ram expansion - plus whatever else he has too.
