All the pre-ordered copies of Armalyte PC have now been shipped - I was determined to get the game released to coincide with the release of the new issue of RG and it looks like I just made it. Phewww! :D

Great news Kenz!
Nice to see some coverage on RPS yesterday, and I sincerely hope 'the internet' is kind to your digital release.

Yep, I did spot that. It's good to see people talking about the game and we DO listen to feedback - which is why the digital download option was implemented. :D

A small point Kenz, but the first page into the Psytronik site is still saying Armalyte is 'in the works' rather than complete and ready to buy. Unlikely to deter many sales, but might catch the casual browser out.

Anyone else get this? I bought it recently and it's top notch.

However I did find it hard, and wondered whether perhaps they'd ramped up the difficulty since the C64 so I loaded up the original. I'm sorry to say I fared even worse, so it looks as though it's just that my reflexes have dulled during the last 20 years!

Sorry to bump up such an old thread, but is there a trainer or cheat for the PC version available? Man, I got really old and slow, cannot even beat the first level without loosing most of my ships.

Just goes to show how faithful it is to the original ;)

No trainer I know of, but perseverance will pay off.
