We need confirmation of a venue first...
Unless I missed something we still dont have permission to use the arcade..?

No preference at all. Pick any of those 4 dates by say, new year and I'll commit to turning up and allowing so many people to get revenge by beating me at almost anything.

If mr shrimp is getting hitched on the 10th and he intends coming to the meet - then maybe the 3rd would be better?? Maybe he will be on a honeymoon after?????

yeah, ill be away all that time from the 10th till march!.....dont think my dearly beloved will let me go away a week before the wedding....

neither will my fiance.....

Not the 17th as that is Valentines weekend.

Not 24th asa that is LadyClive's birthday (25th bdayif you want to send a card).

I would say the 3rd. But can someone recommend a good B&B as I will be travelling a long way.

I'd love to come, but its a bit of a hassle for me (travel wise), plus funds may not allow. If I can make it, any time in February is okay.
