Favourite Turtle?

Post by TwoHeadedBoy » Tue Aug 04, 2009 4:20 pm

Turtle-mania. Never went away really, did it?
My favourite's always been Raphael. Don't know why, it just happened at some point in my upbringing that Raphael became my favourite turtle.
And the rest?
My comics blog (mostly lesser-known UK stuff from the 80s and 90s)

Just a reminder for the people who can't remember who is who...

Red = Raphael
Purple = Donatello
Blue = Leonardo
orange = Michaelangelo

Raph and Leo have always been my faves.

That's exactly the one I was going to pick. I'd forgotten about these ones. I actually expected real life turtle species to be listed, but was going to suggest Touche.

I suppose back when I watched the cartoon it would have been Michelangelo by a mile. The dude had nunchucks and all the best lines. But with hindsight and maturity I've come to understand how Raphael is totally badass. Leonardo was too much of a do-gooder like Lion-O in Thundercats. Donatello was the wallflower who will surely get no votes in this poll.

My fave turtle?

A mock turtle.

No, seriously, it was always Donatello. Love the bo staff and purple mask. And he was insane amounts of fun in the original arcade game.
