The Last Ninja on PSP - Where is it

Post by Mantas » Thu Dec 11, 2008 4:46 pm

I remember reading about this in RG some time back and it looked awesome. I'm a huge fan of the series so I was looking forward to it but its been ages now and I haven't seen or heard anything about it.

Does anyone know what happened to it? Maybe the RG guys could shed some light on it since they interviewed Mark Cale.

See also: pretty much every other game System 3 promised, bar Impossible Mission DS.

this went completely under my radar - didn't even know 'last ninja' was inbound for PSP - but I'd be chuffed if it did turn up one day...

(was Impossible Mission remake any good?)

Just emulate it. C64 and ST work well on PSP. If System 3 don't want to sell you it I don't see that you've any alternative.

Impossible Mission made it out for the PSP, I was holding it in my hands just two days ago in the local Curry's.

There's the Samurai Shodown collection, I know that much. Worth looking forward to?

Not really. In many ways, it just didn't 'feel' right and the updated graphics were indistinct. The original graphics were available as an option, however. It's also pretty galling that they didn't see fit to include Impossible Mission II on the cart, but there you go.

ummm - no IM2 on the same disc - that is tight - especially considering how many games you get in Taito or Capcom compilation on PSP.

maybe last ninja isn't such a big loss after all....

Probably because they were considering releasing it as a seperate PSP remake if the first did well.
