Watched the first episode of Soprano's - Always wanted to watch it but never did.
Thought it was ok - Im kinda hoping I don't really get into it cost its gonna cost me a fooking fortune to buy the DVDs!
Just as a quick aside - It looks amazing played with a PS3 - Im really sure I cant see a significant difference between BluRay and DVDs upscaled

Watched Exit Wounds with Steven Seagal and `token rapper turned actor`
Quite good I thought - once in a while I like watching something that is just no story action fight type film
And this was exactly that.....
Its only 9.30 now so I might stick An Innocent man with Tom Selleck on....(picked it up for a quid from the local scruff dvd market)
I really do like some censored films..

I did too, and I loved every second. I'm probably one of the few hardcore Heroes fans that thinks this show has always been great, even season 2...Loftgroover wrote:Just watched the first 2 episodes of Heroes season 3...not an amazing start but i will see how it goes.

I love Seagal movies! I read the book Seagalogy by Vern and it entertained me so much I ordered a Seagal boxset from Amazon. So far I've seen Exit Wounds, Under Siege and Nico. Classic cheesy action with a ponytail.BennyTheGreek wrote:Watched Exit Wounds with Steven Seagal and `token rapper turned actor`

Nice, but I'm wondering: what is a Heroes convention like?...SirClive wrote:I'm with you Spooky. Going to the Heroes convention (8th Wonder) in November.

Watched 'Doomsday' last night. Enjoyable enough mix of 'Mad Max 2' meets 'Escape from New York' by way of '28 Days Later' set in Glasgow providing you check your brain in at the door.
Also watched 'Outpost' which wasn't too bad for a straight to DVD movie. Reminded me of 'The Keep' meets 'Deathwatch' with undead Nazis.
Finally on the more quality side I have also been watching 'Private Shultz' which is still an absolute classic 27 years after it was first shown and I can remember them filming parts of it on the beach near where I used to live.

Cue the music, fade to black...
