Don't worry everyone. There aren't any massive changes on the way, but I am interested in knowing what your favourite articles are. Feel free to give your likes and dislikes below.

Darran,
I really like the "back to the 80's/90's" bit. I usually read them first unless the lead cover article is of particular interest to me (Ant Attack!).
I also like retro shamer and the individual games that are highlighted.

Can't really say I dislike any of it but generally will read the reviews of retro-remakes and recent releases last.

And obviously as a regular reader, the bit at the back where you give values for old systems is a bit superfluous to me but I can understand why it's there.

Ditto about the 89s/90s flashback stuff.

Also really like the interviews with developers from 'back in the day' - it's particularly interesting hearing the stuff that went on at studios in the early days...
WTF!? The 80's are GONE!? And they're never coming BACK!?

That article was good too, specially how much blood/sweet/tears had to be given to make the thing work on a underpowered machine!

Conversion Capers and Developer Lookback for me.

I would echo the 'Letters page is crap' vibe too.

Kinda surprised no-one's mentioned the making-ofs. They're usually my favourite bits of the mag, followed by Stu's guides, conversion capers and the retroinspections. That said, I really loved the pixel perfect piece last issue.

Don't get me started on Pixel Perfect. I'm having an overload about what to put in. Even tempted to do two in 57...

If you don't do Bubble Bobble (or get me to do it), I am going to come down to Bournemouth to slap you.

Retroinspection - The game and watch this month was good, really enjoyed the PCfx feature

Collector's Corner

End Game

Developer Lookback

Full of Eastern Promise - More please!

Complete history of ...

Dislikes

Back to 80's 90's - Reads like a dry list of events very dull.

Homebrew reviews - Appreciate the effort these guys go to but I'm never going to play any of the games

The rest of the articles such as 'making of' all depend on how much interest I have in the games featured. Lots of stuff about western RPG's and PC stuff, some more articles on Japanese RPG's would be nice.

Making Ofs are usually my highlights, even for games I wouldn't have otherwise been interested in they usually turn out to be a good read.

Deveoper lookbacks are also good.
