Favourite Fighting Game Character?

Following on from a brief exchange with another forum user, I was just wondering if there's a particularly popular few fighting game characters used by you lot, or if there's more of an eclectic mixture. So, who's your favourite and/or who have you spent most time playing a game or game series as?

There's three that I've used a lot, really. Mai in the KOF series (;)), Kilik in Soul Calibur, and Ryu in... well, pretty much every Capcom fighting game. Of the three, I'd definitely say Ryu has had the most hours put in. What about you?

Street fighter II character has to be ryu and mortal Kombat is Sub zero.

KOF: Heidern, Terry, Kyo, Joe

Soul Calibur: Astaroth, Siegfried

Streetfighter: Ken, Guile, Sagat, Akuma

Mortal kombat: None

Marvel/Xmen: Cyclops, Spiral, Silver Samurai, Venom, Wolverine, Juggernaut, Cable (yeah I know he's cheap)

Virtua Fighter/Fighting Vipers: Jackie, Sanman, Picky, Lion, Lei

Street Fighter Alpha series: Evil Ryu

Street Fighter 3: Ken

KOF: Kim Kap Hwan (no, seriously!)

Marvel: Wolverine and Spidey

Mortal Kombat: Jonny Cage

Soul Cailbre: Taki

Virtua Fighter: Erm....the karate style dude (for some reason, never got into VF!!!)

Tekken (How could I forget Tekken): Bryan Fury or Hwoarang

I'm one of those annoying Dan Hibiki fanboys. If Dan's available, then I shall Dan. If not, then Akuma or someone. Elena in SFIII.

King of Fighters: Athena (don't play this much)

Soul Calibur: Raphael/Cervantes/Zasalamel depending on availability

Marvel vs Capcom 2 default team: Dan/Cable/Sentinel

Guilty Gear: Sol Badguy

Sonic: the Fighters: Amy Rose

Killer Instinct: Fulgore

It's been years since I played a Mortal Kombat, but I think I liked Raiden or that soldier guy with the metal arms or maybe Sub Zero.
