The one game I can remember going WOW at was Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast... But the thing is that I only saw it for the first time last year having owned a PS2 for quite a while, so to me that shows just how gorgeous that game looks...
Also in it's own way I find the neon chaos of Geometry Wars rather beautiful. And the first time I cruised Vice City in a helicopter was rather awe-inspiring too...

I remember when I first clapped eyes on Soul Calibur in a magazine DC:UK and I couldn't believe the detail in it. By the time I actually bought it I'd already played Dead or Alive 2 which actually looked better technically speaking than SC, not artistically though. I still think the first SC is the best looking of the series for that reason.witchfinder wrote:The one game I can remember going WOW at was Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast... It sure was. I wanted Monster Land for years and years but never saw it anywhere. I finally saw it on eBay a year or two ago so I bought it, but the tosser selling it 'magically' neglected to mention that it didn't have an instruction bookparanoid marvin wrote:Yeah , that game was sweet..As was Monster LandRetroKingSimon wrote:Wonderboy 3: Dragon's Trap
