So i'm selling my lovely plastic Guitar on ebay as I've just dumped my Xbox and I'm looking to see how much they're going for when I come across this. A person who is selling ACHIEVEMENTS on ebay. Seriously, whats the point?

29 people have did it already apparently, i've never needed an achievement as much to pay for it. Kinda like buying a world cup winners medal, was never your hard work that got it.

Wonder if he could've got me the orb collecting ones on crackdown? :D
I'd buy that for a dollar!

Well that's a little different, that's just a piece of sports memorabilia, and a damn good one. At least you can look at it, at least it has a story.

Whereas the achievement is just a slightly higher number on your friends list.

How do you transfer gamer points anyway? Or do they just give you a new gamertag?

Probably the same people willing to pay for achievement points! I'd never pay to unlock achievement points, you wouldn't have really acheived anything then would you?

You'd be suprised how competative people can be about there gametag score. I've got two friends who've got £50 on who can get there gametag to 20,000 first. In the States its even more competative. I've seen people with scores over 100,000.

I wouldn't be suprised if theres more people doing this.

I think the achievements are a great idea, but it doesnt compel me to try to get every one.

I have only got full achievements on one 360 title - King kong, thats only because it is censored easy.

Nearly got full on Transformers, but that was just because my son wanted all the extra bits and bobs unlocked (that was torture getting them as the game is probably the most annoying title I have played on any system!!).

Still, if some people are desperate to the get the points :?:

I would never trust anyone with passwords though. Then again I dont trust many people.
