It says there regarding overseas-shipping: "Contact us if you have not received your magazine 14 days after UK on-sale date".

Is this a joke? I would have needed to contact them for EVERY issue I received in the last 5 years. It has gotten worse now, I did never receive my regular subscription copies of 189 and 190. And 191 is already nearly 4 weeks overdue as well. What good is a subscription if the issues do not arrive? I've said before that I'll gladly pay MORE for my subscription if a reliable and fast shipping service is being used.

Based on the fact that my Edge subscription always is arriving significantly faster and even more so in the last few months (e.g. about 1 week vs. over 5 weeks for RG issues) despite not even costing all that much more (less than 1 Euro per issue, in fact), clearly it should be possible for Future to arrange something like that if they even care a little bit. Which they obviously don't, sad but true.

LOL, I know right? I can count on one hand the number of issues I've ever gotten within 14 days, and I probably wouldn't need all the fingers, and that's going back maybe a decade or more.

Would be nice if the company notified me when a recurring subscription payment is going out. I know it's not mega bucks but an email or text would be nice.

i have a quick question i subscribed in september my sub starts on the 31st of this month does this mean that issue 200 will be the first issue of my sub because the website is saying next issue 201 (on sale 28-NOV-2019)
