Hilda - Bit like gravity falls, without the annoying and LOL RANDUM and more comfy
Cancelling my TV license for streaming services seems to of been a good idea (even if I can get them for free via other means)

bojack horseman - very funny
I need to get round to watching the latest season but I really have to be in the mood for it.
A new one is out?
It can be a bit of a downer at times

I loved Hilda, thought it was a wonderful series.
The most recent season of Bojack was season five which was put on Netflix back in September.

Isn't It Romantic.
Rebel Wilson plays a woman who hates Romcoms and then hits her head and wakes up in a cliched Romcom. It was OK but it's main source of laughs was by just repeating the cliches of Romcoms and wasn't satire enough to be really funny.

Walking Dead - Like it that the Whisperers are in it, not enjoying the latest characters specially the deaf one. Feels like its gone PC mad that we have to have sign language/subtitles in it. We'll get a one armed albino lesbian in a wheelchair next
Top Boy - Got a few more episodes to watch on Netflix, really enjoying this
Got the Passage to watch as well

Kingdom. A short Korean period zombie series on Netflix that I really enjoyed, worth a look if you're cool with subtitles.
Finished season 3 of
True Detective. A return to form, the acting was top notch but the last episode felt a tad anticlimatic.
The recent epic Joe Rogan podcast with Alex Jones, great fun.

The Umbrella Academy - 3 episode in and OK
The Walking Dead - have to agree with a poster above, some of the characters are PC placments, could complain it needs more zombies but story is nice and plodding along
Last film Bumblebee, really enjoyed it, loved the 80's setting, more kiddy friendly, watched it with my 4 year old she loved it.

Spider-Man: In to the Spider Verse.
Absolutely brilliant film I thought, so good that I want to watch it again already.

One Cut of the Dead - a sort of zombie horror/comedy thing that's remarkable for being sort of rubbish (but interesting) for the first third, then a bit dull (but better quality) for the second and then being astonishingly good for the last third.
Slaughterhouse Rulez - if you're hoping that Pegg/Frost can live up to the Cornetto trilogy then you'll be disappointed. Well made, vaguely entertaining in parts but utterly forgettable comedy horror that's not funny or scary.

Jumanji - Welcome to the Jungle. After an uncertain start, Dwayne Johnson has cut out a great niche for himself with action movies that never take themselves TOO seriously. This is another brilliantly entertaining movies, and (imho) far superior to the original film.
