Firstly that kid who raped/murdered that little girl, totally totally evil. Whats wrong with people, glad they named him.

Secondly that idiot from that show Empire, faking some attack making out it was racist/squirted with 'acid' then it seems that hes in on the fake attack. Think gay people have it hard enough already without this idiot making out it was a homophobic attack when it clearly wasnt. Bizarre

Edit - didn’t take long ! Violent video games might have been one reason ...

Even if somebody emulated what they'd seen in violent video games it doesn't mean they aren't any less responsible. Clearly he was psychologically damaged to do what 99.99% of gamers wouldn't even contemplate.

As for that Smollet guy crying wolf, I'm not that surprised, we've become a society that incentives victimhood.

He's a selfish, greedy and devious individual and tried to exploit the fact that homophobic abuse IS sadly still commonplace in our society. His self-serving gamble backfired spectacularly, and not only will he not get his silly payrise that he thought he was entitled to, he will lose his job (and his career in general) and quite probably his liberty.

Today I found my first grey chest hair.

It was inevitable as the beard and hair have been going grey for a while now but that was to be expected. I'm just getting on now...

Today I am looking for a new job (again, this seems to be a thing), current one isnt working out as I wanted (urgh having to wash dishes for hours, then coming home to tired to do anything, then having to clean up a mess others cant be arsed to do, its a fine use of my talents)
cant go back to the Uni thanks to having to rush my leaving, the only way back there is to start from the agency again earning not enough to live on until they take me on again, only to start on the bottom wage bracket and probably not be posted in the same building.

Looking into part time stuff

Classic Stu, and not in the least bit homphobic. Good on him for challenging it.

Sounds perfect mate :D

Im toying with the idea of building an arcade machine too. Got an old laptop I never use any more, which has MAME on (among other things), so was thinking of re-purposing it inside the arcade machine.

Yeah i went to the Blackpool show last year, some guy had a few machines he had built and the price wasnt bad (£500-599) and i fell in love with it. Sold my old one (MAME only) and bought one of these new ones which had MAME and tons of other emulators on it. Love it !! Wish i had taken woodwork more seriously at school as i would loev to make my own but im soooo bad at stuff like that !!

I'm just like a kid, knowing i've got this machine with 5000+ different games of different systems to play when i want is a dream !!

That sounds excellent mate. Once my kids aew a little older and dont need the "play room" as much for their toys, Im gunna build it in there. Seen some good flat pack arcade units, just need to get the bits for it, like buttons and screen, etc..

I play them all on my gaming laptop anyway and connect it to the tv, but theres nothing like standing at an arcade machine. Theres something exciting about it. I have so many happy memories of going to the arcades as a kid, so having one of my own would be a dream come true!
