Elite - awesome!
My partner's dad fished out his old BBC Micro a while ago along with a copy of Starglider - sadly couldn't get the machine to do anything other than run some terrible old spreadsheet routines.
Spotted a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 (MD) for £2.50 from CEX, which I thought was very reasonable!
Now just need a megadrive to play it on

Night Trap for the 3DO... gotta love those "long boxes" some titles were released in.

Ha yeah the are fun when the break! It's not so bad with a regular MegaCD box because you can get a brand new CD jewel case and use the back of that... but those custom boxes for 3DO, Mega CD and Dreamcast are weak and a pain.

So I finally joined the PS4 club.

Really should know better, but the likely-hood of seeing this limited edition again in my local CeX at this price and not of been out too long (Hence why buying from CeX, whats the likely hood of someone damaging this when its been out like less than 6 months?)? Such a sucker for red and the Spidy symbol seals the deal too.
Oh well, nice to be fully current gen at last (Does the Vita really count now?)........for about a year anyhow.

Nice, came close to buying one back in the day as I loved the ST to work with. Hefty price and lack of game support put me off for long enough to realise it was dead in the water, which was a shame.

I was exactly the same. Before the ST, I had a Spectrum +2a and teetered on the edge of a Sam Coupe, before going for the STe. Then it was a Falcon or an A1200 and ended up going for the A1200. However, I always, always wanted to see the Falcon in action. It's very nice.
