On Thursday just gone our beloved Lurcher Spike passed away.
He had been part of the family for around twelve years.

Sorry to hear that mate.
Yesterday I passed my driving test at the second attempt.
Still feel like I have a lot of practicing still to do though as I'm not the smoothest driver by any means, something my examiner made a point of saying.

Cheers mate, appreciate it.
Congratulations on passing your driving test.
Yesterday I frequented the North East Retro Gaming event at Gateshead. Sadly it wasn't that great unfortunately.

Ahh good old fad diets demonising the "big bad carbz" and promoting high amounts of animal protein and fats, great for temporary dramatic weight loss, dreadfully awful for your heart and blood pressure, and ones....bowels.

Gotta shift it someway
It dont help that when im away from home working the food choices are usually what can be picked up for cheap and are usually crap like sandwiches, pastes or pasta pots
Even store bought salads tend to have things like pasta in
Cant always take my own food due to no fridge
At least its better than becoming one of those pretentious vegans that wont stop parping on about it
