I'm on a continuous credit card renewal (every 3 months) subscription from issue 185 on. Can I get the goodies by using the mentioned link to renew the sub?

I was a subscriber several times over, but the last renewal I didn't really have time plus had a back log of about four issues I hadn't got round to reading. I've just subscribed with the controller offer and am very pleased with myself.

Hi, I have also been a subscriber for a long time and I have a rolling direct debit subscription where I don't have to keep renewing.
Am I able to also get the controller and still keep this self renewing direct debit I have set up?

Yes. I've just received this month's issue and there's a full page advert with the details. I think it was mentioned earlier in this thread too.

Seems this offer is UK only unfortunately, I just called there and as I am from Ireland my recent 2 year renewal is no good. Disappointed with that I must say, subscriber since issue 113

As mentioned previously I have a rolling direct debit for my subscription, I rang the number in the magazine and quoted 8Bitdo, even doing this the woman on the line didn't have a clue what I was talking about then when looked at it said I couldn't do it being a subscriber already and had to purchase another subscription. I said what would I want 2 magazines a month for when it says you can get this offer in the magazine for existing subscribers. She took my number and said I would get a call back about it, 3 weeks later and no call!!!!!

Five weeks since I renewed my subscription and it still says the controller is pending.

Well guess I'm cancelling my subscription then... after ringing Future about the controller and getting the run around I was informed they would send it with my next subscription renewal which was the other month and still no word of it. Zero point in having a direct debit set up if it means constantly getting the shaft so I'm cancelling it now, mark that one as a jaded, lost customer.
