Did "journey to the centre of the TARDIS" remind anyone else of the Bill Hartnell story "edge of destruction"?

Ah, I see that the old Patrick Troughton serial "Enemy of the World" was recovered in 2013. Has anyone seen it yet? It's one of the few Troughton stories that are remaining as a lot of his stuff was wiped. It was released on DVD.

Looks like the whole "rerelease everything on Blu Ray" has begun.

Can't imagine the Classic Series will benefit that much from a HD Upscale, but meh.

True, though on the plus side maybe the sales of the sets could go towards more animated recreations of missing episodes. Won't be able do full seasons of the first 2 Doctors after all.

as long as said recons get silver cased dvd releases to complete the set then i''m all for it i'm just hoping the blu ray sets arent going to be 1 or 2 stories a disc i'd rather them still be dvd quality(like you say theres not much point in hd versions for most of them) but on less discs and obviously it makes it so much easier to watch them in order where as with the siver sets i watch them in a random order as 1 they are presented more or less as stand alone serials or in smaller sets and 2 i dont want to have to organise them on my self in order as this means discarding boxes from boxsets i'll just stick with putting them in actor order with boxsets grouped in the same way after wards
