This: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1p4pB9DjVKw
The original version is essentially a ballad. Degville's revamped SSSElectronic has crafted a damn fine dance version that really gets the booty swinging.
And this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLG4g-Jhkn8
Only released on a now out-of-print 'retro' collection This Is Not Retro. Must hunt down a copy! Doesn't have the sleazy raunch of their live version, nor the refined seduction of The Montecristos' remake; but, darn, it's Sputnik all the way and I just can't turn it off.

I've been getting back in to Smashing Pumpkins recently due to hearing a couple of songs (Solara and Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts) from their new album.
Watched one of their recent concerts on Youtube and have been listening to the fantastic Siamese Dream.

I saw them live a few years back at a festival. The new stuff was good, the very old stuff was still great. The problem was they still played a lot of the material from the intervening years that wasn't.
