Order help (email received no response)

Hello Retro Gamer team....

i placed an order on the 2nd of DEC for a binder, and it still has not arrived. I emailed my favorite mag on DEC 18, and they have not gotten back to me. My order number was 1173349 and has been charged to my account since DEC 6th... can you please help me get my binder or money back?

Unfortunately no one is back in the office until 2nd January.

Glad to hear your binder arrived
