Time for a clue perhaps?
Well, it is a Japanese only release made in 2003 on a home console - it is quite well known. It was also an arcade title.
Console version goes for about £200-250 on eBay!

Yes... on the Sega Dreamcast. Quite easy to burn to a CD-R if you don't fancy spending a small fortune... well worth playing.
