What'd you think of Rogue Trooper? I keep seeing it cheap, and I'm tempted to pick it up.

I enjoyed it a lot, it played like a mix of Freedom Fighters and Kill.Switch. There is a nice cover mechanic, solid enemy AI and a good selection of weapons and abilities. There are a few staple shooter moments where you have to man turrets and so on, but they're spaced out enough that they're not annoying. It's not the longest game ever either, but the pace was good enough to draw me back every day until I completed it (which doesn't happen often with me). If it's cheap, it's definitely worth it.

Sounds pretty good. I tend to prefer short games, particularly when they're nice and cheap, so I'll have to pick it up and add it to my 'yet-to-play' backlog. Thanks for the info.

Gone back to Final Fantasy X to try to pick up from where I had previously saved.

Bit off topic, but I just found it and it's a good bargain. Virgin Megastores website currently has PSP Sid Meier's Pirates for £10.99, a good saving of £19 off their rrp.

The designer of Psychnauts worked for LucasARTS right through that era, most notably as the lead on Day of the Tenatacle but worked on pretty much everything they did.
