It's fake, you better pass it to me to destroy

Seriously though, nice find :) You'll probably find the battery is buggered but it is easily replaceable, i've replaced them in my Gold and Crystal carts without any issues

Yep battery needs replacing. I have some laying around. I need to do my Donkey Kong cart too. Its easy enough to do but its a bit fiddly removing the old battery. Why Nintendo thought it was a good idea to solder them on I don't know.

Our local market has a car boot bit and I finally found something worth buying - retro or not .

WWE smackdown 2010 - DS
Nintendogs Dalmatian - DS
Animal Crossing New Leaf - 3DS

A whopping £1 each and all of them complete(even down to Club Nintendo scratch cards)

Not too shabby.

i went looking to add to my dvd collection but it was either stand up stuff (with out a list of what dvd of who i own its hard to know) horror(which i currently have little intrest in) badly looked after dvds or good ones that they wanted more than i was willing to spend on or if i bought 1 i would buy too many(i try vary what i buy) but i did get a big ban s1-5 set £4 also they had lots of beano/dandy annuals but its hard to tell what i have by cover alone but i'm sure i didn't have beano 2009 but now i do at 50p. a nice lord of the rings 7 bookset £3(just noticed return of the king part 1 is missing) a game of thrones 30p, john lennon and clint eastwood biographies 50p each, a ps4 pad skin 50p, 2 famiclones(one with infa red punching controllers and fight game and one with a ping pong game an ir bats)£5 for both, batman star wars and spiderman plug n plays £1 for all 3, hawz and ghosts for ps3 £3 alltogether, ct speical forces ps1 20p.

the plug n play and famiclones add to the collection but are for some family gaming mainly.

i was tempted by a clarkson book but i have 4 still to read. the one thing i hated was we got to the 2nd boot sale late and people were packing away but it finishes at 12 we got there at 11 it was still packed. i know the sellers got up at 5 or earlier but when i did a boot sale we packed away at 12.30 for end at 1 but it was empty anyway.
ah well i had good finds but next time i need more cash to spend I feel i passed up on too many dvds and books but i only had £10

Anyone still going to carboot sales?
I went to one on sunday and picked up a PS2 and a shed load of PS2 games for £10 , seems the rush for retro gaming is dropping off as I saw quite a few bits n bobs for snes /nes etc but no takers.

I diddnt ask as I'm over loaded with hardware myself.

I've not been to a car boot sale for some time now. The last thing I bought was a box of Amstrad CPC games.

Went to 2 on sunday, as it was wet not many sellers.
Picked up a few bits. Donkey Kong on the original Gameboy, yellow cart, N64 F-Zero X, cart only. 2 PS1's and about 10 games, and a couple of Wii and Xbox 360 games.
Hoping to find some better bits this weekend.
