Private Eye magazine

Anyone a fan here? I only got into it after Ian Hislop first appeared on TV on Have I Got News For You. Things like "John Major's Diary"(modeled on the old "Adrian Mole" stuff), lookalikes, dumb Britain, Luvvies, the photograph of Andrew Neil in a vest with a baseball cap and his dodgy ex-girlfriend, rotten boroughs, the train stuff, letters, the Academy with headmaster David Cameron(Oxon) and deputy headmaster Nick Clegg(Cam), etc. Plus, the infamous front covers.

Share your thoughts here.

Still going strong!

Helped along over the years of course by Peter Cook! :-)
