My latest tipple. Not a bad way to celebrate my 46th yesterday. St Stefanus Blonde 7%. This beer can be aged for up to 18 months - drank mine at around 7 months. Rather nice.

Yes and don't like it.

But that St Stefanus Blonde is excellent. £2.49 at Tesco I believe.

I'm all over Oakham Ales Citra at the moment. Becoming a regular purchase for me.

I've developed quite the taste for IPA's. Not the tasteless ones from Greene King though

You need to get to my pub (or my other pub when it opens on 17th June)... Got Oakham ales on quite a lot!

Whilst trying to watch the England game (I had other things to also do), enjoyed yet another new Belgian beer. This is Tripel Karmeliet at 8.4%. It wasn't as good as the St Stefanus (above), but it still went down very well indeed. Much lighter, as with StStef, than my usual Belgians that are very dark and heavy. Will certainly have this one again.

Sorry for the stock photo, but had one of these while watching the football.

Small re-stock of random bottles:

The I&G is the lovely 'Rum Finish' version. Still trying to find that strong 'un that Prinny found in B&M's but no luck so far!

Only one of the bunch I've not yet had is the Anchor Steam Beer. The cider is the odd one out - just fancied one for some reason.
