Charles Wells' "A Good Stuffing" - It's basically Wells' Xmas ale. 4.5 % ABV. Light golden in colour. Quite a decent Xmas ale.

Yes. But is a mass produced, bland and boring real ale that can be found in any sh*thole of a pub in nearly every frigging pub in every frigging town! It will never be seen in my pubs and the same goes for anything brewed or owned by Greene King or Marstons.

I've got over 1200 microbreweries to select some stonkingly good ales from

It is quite nice though :P

Got a nice few lined up for the festive season, Cheddar Ales "Goat's Leap", Hammerpot Brewery's "Shepherd's Warmer" and Ridgeway Brewing's "Very Bad Elf" which is particularly tasty (and 7.5%).

Doombar's alright but definitely a bit bland after a while. Still got half a case of it on top of the fridge that I got cheap from work but I've lost the interest in finishing it off!

If I had some proper time off this year at Christmas (only got Christmas Day) then I'd love to go and stock up on some more ales. With getting this random, on-off horrendous guts from beer at the mo' though, I'm not sure I'm going to risk it given that I have to keep hauling myself up and into work the next day
