Culled my collection a while ago, wouldn't want to get back into anything that made me fill cupboards or rooms with it
In terms of 'true' retro, Vectrex with a multicart would be the only thing. But only if I could get one without shipping to avoid the likely damage. I'd have to pick up personally. Otherwise I have decided on one machine, which is PCE
I would like a decent MAME cabinet though!

I've basically run out of room. I do have my eye on a CD unit for my PC Engine though.
Otherwise, I think I'm going to have to become a digital hoarder.

Neo Geo Pocket Colour
Nintendo 64 - More games
Sega Saturn - White, JAP
Xbox - Crystal, modded with a bunch of controllers
I'm not actively hunting them, and I've already owned a modded Xbox and NGPC. If I happened across a good auction or sale thread I'd jump at it though.

Want yes, need no.
Michigan PAL UK PS2 - been after this for a while.
When I do look at my 'collection' I am really happy with it; so I don't feel a strong need to buy games at the moment, still got 1000s of hours on my shelves already.

BBC B, ADAM/CV, Enterprise, Jaguar, Falcon. A pinabll machine (Adams' Family). A coin-op (Marble Madness or Gauntlet perhaps).
There are more, but those should be my top bubblers.

Absolutely not. Most of my games are gone but kept all my systems including Jaguar, 3DO, CD32 and the like. Paid £10 for the Jaguar when retro was innocent and... Fun!

Sold mine a couple of years ago with
Tempest 2000, a few other boxed games and the official RGB scart lead and only got £70 for it on ebay
The joys of getting rid of things when you need space/money. Hindsight is a beautiful thing indeed!
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Well I have a list
Commodore C65 (no not a C64 a C65, look it up)
Sega 32x
Neo Geo AES
Turbo Duo
Amiga A4000
CDTV
A working 1541 Floppy Drive
Spice Orange Gamecube
Apple Pippin

The list goes on
Some of this I will own one day but others like the C65 they are priced at insane money now

want? well a custom mame cab filled with racing games based in racing game cabinet (complete with seat, pedals etc)
unfortunately the space and money required would require that i realise my real world dream of marrying carly rae jepsen, and lets face it, if i was married to her there would be no gaming going on

Nope, anything affordable I have, anything outside my price range I am not that interested in.
In my humble collection I already have more games than I'll ever have the time to play so anything else would just be for putting in a box or something.
Wouldn't mind the half dozen or so Activision Atari 2600 games I don't own, but I'm in no rush to get them.

Define "silly money". Evidently cheaper than a Jaguar mind you (you're probably looking at 75-100 GBP for a working Vectrex unit). I own three and they are all still working fine.
I've had 2 or 3, none of them in working order. I'd love a working Vectrex, I also for some unknown reason have a hankering for a Nuon.

I'd love to get an A4000, but space is an issue and most of all they just cost too much
Lately I've been thinking about a Plus 4, even if I already have a working Commodore 16, but they're not easy to find working at a good price.
