Re: Greatest BBC Micro Games
Was there a topdown parachuting game? Have memories of playing that a lot. Otherwise I can only say Elite and Frak as they're my only BBC gaming experiences (our school had these weird RML micros)
The Artist Formerly Known as Timothy Lumsden...
Re: Greatest BBC Micro Games
my primary school had bbc computers on a giant trolley, remember the granny's garden game
my mate had one. I remember going to his house a d he had a game where you had to make beans on toast......
played it for two minutes and went home to play my spectrum
seriously wtf? you had to turn the cooker dials and not burn the food. just the exciting kinda game two young kids want to play........

We also had one of those massive Doomsday CD drives, but I don't remember a single person using it.

Hi everyone, this is now going to be our cover feature.
If you've contributed would you be interested in telling us why you voted for the games you did?
That way we can get your comments in the magazine.

Re: Greatest BBC Micro Games
Has to be Granny's Garden, as its the first game I ever remember playing. I wish it was some massively regarded classic, but that was computing in schools in the 80s
