Quite why no ones mentioned wenslydale is beyond me. That moist honey taste is delicious

I particularly like the stuff with apricots/cranberries in, lovely.

i really am put off by blue cheese, my favourite is that bavarian smoked stuff in the brown wax....or a bit of edam...oh, and mature cheddar is just wonderful x
