Yeah but he is only 24.....

How many times did he say about his age, it made me laugh.

Did feel a useless jealous pleb watching it though, little fat girl on 85k, Lucinda on 100k etc. Oh well !

Indeed.

Shame that the four finalists are a bunch of twats though.

Sadly i've learnt in life in past jobs that the 'twats' (the loud cocky ones) normally go far, the quiet ones who just get on with their work dont !

Mm. I wondered about that. It's interesting that he seems to have split the teams into the two strongest and two weakest (going by results, ability to 'evolve' and so on), but there is now a really random element for what's usually a straight run in the final.
psj3809 wrote:That Lee should have got fired for the lies on his cv
I disagree. He's shown over the past four or five weeks that he's actually a pretty good potential for the role. He's clearly got massive hang-ups about his lack of education, and he should have come clean immediately during the interview, but as stubbly interview bloke said in the boardroom, it's not like he's alone in 'massaging' his CV.

Loved the bit with the Birmingham City CEO—"but I was running the club when I was 23—a year younger than you!" Hah!

I suspect some of those figures aren't entirely accurate anyway. In the last series, the person working for the Met Office claimed to be on something like £90k and was, in fact, on less than half that.

I feel your pain :(

But part of the fun of watching The Apprentice has always been seeing these people who (supposedly) earn far more money than the likes of us making a complete balls up of even the simplest of tasks and knowing that we could do better ourselves. Couldn't we? ;) ;)

Yeah i think a lot of it might be BS, thinking back to last years winner and his 'property porfolio' , he basically had a big run down house and he did a bad job renting out rooms to students etc.

I wish they had an Apprentice with 'normal' people not stereotypical grads talking about organic growth and margins etc and just 'normal' people !

Was quite good one of the american series of the Apprentice, instead of boys vs girls it was uni students vs non-uni students. Who won ? The non-uni students plus the winner was one of them.

I dont mean to be anti-grad (I didnt go to uni) but i do see so many of them who just come off a production line and always talk the talk and thats about it.

So, who WILL win tonight?

And how smelly will the losers smell?

My money is on the gobsh1te known as Claire.

However, would be entertaining to see Lee "WESTWOOD", bring out his reverse Pterodactyl mid way though the presentation to the potential buyers.

I remember his last stint doing a presentation (the Atishoo campaign) and remember feeling really sorry for him.

Cause lets face it, he was literally dying at the time.

Oh. My. DAZE!

The reverse Pterodactyl has Won Season 4 of The Apprentice!!

"That's What I'm talkin about"!!!!

Glad Helene of Troy got the boot. What a miserable cow. And so damn argumentative and negative throughout the final task.

I do pity Alex, as I wanted to see him win to be honest.

And I also favoured Claire if not Alex.

Wow. So emotionally draining to watch.

I wanted Claire to win - was quite surprised that Lee won.

I used to work with Helene. I was surprised she performed as bad as she did during the whole series. I wouldn't have wanted her to win as she didn't do anything outstanding in any of the episodes.

Yeah i'm surprised, thought it would be Claire but Claire is already a great businesswoman, whereas Lee is more of an 'apprentice' i would say

Thought the other couple were going to win it though due to Duel but the packaging cost too much. I could hardly watch when i was seeing their speeches, i couldnt do anything like that but seeing some of the reaction of the big bods was difficult to watch

Very fascinating final task, and both of those brands would stand a chance in the real world.

Alex and Helene didn't work well as a team, and Alex couldn't even point to the "dual" bottle being entirely his idea.

Claire and Lee's Roulette brand was very stylish, and Lee did a fantastic job despite his worries over the presentation.

Overall, though, I thought Claire was the better candidate - even given her "disruptive" nature. It's just like season 3 - faced with a choice between a strong, developed woman and an unpolished young man, Sir Alan went with the man.

Surprised anyone thinks that Claire is polished. Part of the me me me generation, cant see past the current task and so doesnt build anything sustainable, closing a few sales does not make you a great business person.

Lee had it right, following the Bill and Ted road map for a better world, "Just be excellent to everyone". Top bloke with a lot of humility, congrats and good luck to the fella.

Was the Dual idea his though?? I'm sure it was suggested by the person designing the bottle and not him himself. And if he had said he did when in actual fact didn't, we know that either Nick or Margaret would him jumped in to set him right!

I thought the gambling connotations about for Roulette was very risky, and I already figured that Sir Alan was going to raise that as an issue.

Have to see that me and the boys were in stitches when watching Lee "direct" the ad.

Sounded like he was directing a porno :

"Yeah Chloe, show that pout, you're ready to take him to the next level. You've wanted him for so long and you are ready to take him "

The guy is sooooo enthusiastic about everything. Kinda reminds me of that character in The Fast Show. "Ain't life brill"
