Well , for a start he destroyed the Speccy

Tbh the fact that he lets all these people bend over backwards for him , says something about the man himself

You can say what you want, but the boardroom scenes alone are worth the price of admission.

Watching everyone turn on each other as they try and weed their way out of being fired is just pure class.

Apprentice night tonight, but...

NEXT WEEK it's Tuesday at 9pm (27th) rather than Wednesday because of the football.

Place your bets........................

Who do you think will go tonight.

Or even better, who would you like to see getting a grilling in the boardroom??

My three are :

Lee
Claire -The ugly boat
Michael

Quite happy that King Ralph was kicked out tonight...he really is a pompous ass....

Should have booted his boyfriend as well.....

Sian lloyd.....???????

They should have dug the corpse of Harold Lloyd up and propped him on the bench with the 2 kids, that would have been an ad worth watching.....

Does any of the contestants live in this world???

Actually I cant think of anyone who deserves to win....they are all really dim.

Makes for good telly though....

Raef let himself down in the boardroom. Michael was such an easy target - "everything that was good about the ad, I did". As Sir Alan said, the other lot's design and ad were HORRIBLE but did the job.

Sir Alan,

PLEASE!! let me go one on one with that annoying little pr1ck Michael.

I'll pay you.

I also have to ay that I'm quite disappointed that Raef has gone. Was he really just "a lot of hot air"??

I couldnt stand Raef, reminded me of tim nice but dim

But yeah big shocker last night, their video was by far the best but just the product placement was very bad.

Upset though as i read Raef was favourite. Cant stand the two blokes on the other team, plus the big girl i cant see winning or michael. The dark haired girl could be an outside shocker

Loved Sir Alan's put downs, as usual. :)

'I Love my Tissues? Well I don't love my tissues. What next? I Love My Washing Up Liquid? I Love My Towel?'

'Why did you use Sian Lloyd? She's not even a mother. I could have understood it a bit better if she had to use a tissue because was crying over her bloke leaving her for a Cheeky girl....'

I'm starting to think I should've mentioned Alan Sugar in the 'Favourite Comedians' thread...:)

Indeed. To be honest, the boardroom is the only reason to really watch the apprentice.

Of all the sterotypical reality TV "Nasty" judges, Sir Alan is easily the most fun to watch when he's upset or angry about something.

ToxieDogg, I think we need to put some of Sir Alan's most memorable put-downs in this thread, just for some amusement.

I'm going to YouTube later to pick some up!

I thought the reaction to that was very odd. It was intelligent, witty and well designed. The other name was better, sure, but Claire's effort worked well enough, and the box design was fine. I'm not sure why she got so heavily attacked this week.

Frankly, though, I really don't know what Michael is still doing there, and I really can't see a front-runner this year at all. Lee McQueen is becoming a bit of a dark horse, though, and is actually showing aptitude for management.

Yeah, I was actually REALLY surprised about his "performance" in the tissue task.

What happened to the Lee we all know and love??

What happened to the Tim Westwood apprentice shouting "That's what I'm talkin bout" and making animal noises??

It was like he'd been shot with a tranquiliser!

Bring back Lee the Animal!!!!!! (with sound effects).

Lee the animal with all his swearing is exactly the reason he shouldn't win...

As for Clare/Claire/Badger Clone, the advertising execs said that the design would be "lost" on the shelves in among all the others. I must admit I liked it.
