When I saw the avatar I had the awful feeling you were going to try and explain this one.
I notice they misspelt your name in GamesTM too.

I stole Randall Flagg aka the Walking dude from Stephen King.
Hes like a sort of Devil and gets mentions and appearances in a lot of Kings books, most notable "The Stand" and "The Dark Tower" Series.
He seemed to be like all powerful but came to a pretty sticky end at the hands of "Mordred" the giant spider/child who sucked his brains out.
I guess it sticks out as The Stand was the first novel I sat down and read cover to cover......titter
Retrotechy.

I chose my name for a couple of reasons:
First, I couldn't think of a good one (and besides, Mr. Pointless does sound better than a random choice of two Greek letters), also the village I live in had a lot of flyers and posters at the time banging on about the meaning of life. In my opinion, finding the meaning of life is a waste of time. What if there is no meaning? Even if there is, will you like it? Could just turn out to be 42 after all. In any case, we have no point... live your life and have fun doing it. We are pointless... I am Mr. Pointless.

Hi everybody,
My ID came from a little nickname I picked up after several years of being a serial slasher. I used to slash people across the arse with arazor blade. "Loook out it's the blade!" would be a frequent cry on the streets late at night.
Coincidently Joe Blade was the name of the first budget game I bought for my Amstrad. Got it from WH Smiths.

Mine is retro girl, without the vowels and the 78, year was born in. Know it doesn't exactly make me a girl, but everyone says I look young and have done so for a long time and also wishful thinking on my part

I get anything from 19 to 21 on a good day.
Can I just say this site has got me addicted, I'm always on here.

Well when I was at college, a friend of mine nick-named me Trevor Kevorson. It kinda stuck and I started using that name when I started chatting on the old Lycos Chat (the eShare one, not that one that Lycos have now - although I was/possibly still are registered on it anyway).
The old eShare Lycos chat had a bad habit of crashing (it was a buggy java based client). Since I was eager to get back on, and it kept telling me that 'TrevorKevorson' was already logged on, I tried to think of a username and came up with EnglishRob which consisted of the fact I was English (mainly everyone on the chat was from the US) and that my name is Rob.
It's kinda stuck with me, and I reguarly use it on various forums.
Rob
