It's a shame. We have now lost both British World Rally Champions. More of a shame as he was meant to have been representing Scotland at the Race of Champions at Wembley Stadium this December.

I remember reading an interview of Colin Mcrae promoting his new game some time ago & was really impressed how positive he was about every question asked. A great competitor and a gentleman who will also be remembered along with Richard Burns as ambassadors for British motorsport.

Makes me wonder how Codemasters are going to take their Colin McRae Rally games further. After all, just because he's dead doesn't mean that they can't make another decent rally game.

His good mate Travis Pastana (already most of the voiceover in Dirt) would be your answer there. They were already heading that way since Colin was all but retired.
