Close again, but 360 for me. The online experience was better and it hit the ground running. Whereas the PS3 took ages to get into it's stride.
I do think the PS3 is a better quality console though.

Xbox 360, it's not by Sony or Nintendo, so it's obviously the best choice

PS3 easily.
Owned both. However my PS3 died

Still better though!
My 360 works and is a lunch model. but it is cooler than most (in temperature sense) because it is not in it's case anymore (was modded, gave up when they started using longer dvds (equilelent of the 99 min cds i guess), then flashed it back to factory when gta 5 came out because my ps3 had died and it was a wait for the (much better pc version!)).
I think I may have got confused in parenthises there!

I think one was made by Microsoft and one by Sony. Both had the number "3" in them but only the Microsoft one had two X's. To get back at Microsoft, Sony put two T's in it's name.

PS3 all the way. As with the PS2 in the previous generation(even though I personally didn't have one) The Blu-Ray Drive was a massive influence in my original purchase. A workhorse of a console at home used on a regular basis, just lagging behind the Wii.
