I wonder if anyone here who voted for the 3DO, did so because the played some games via the 3DO Blaster for DOS PCs?

3DO for me. Purely based on the previews of it and the games (especially Road Rash) in the press at the time. The Jag just didn't excite me as much.

I recall being quite interested in the Jaguar, very nearly bought one early doors, but then snippets of news started coming out about a Sony system. Once they actually started showing stuff, the Jag was forgotten. I sort of regret that as it took me years to realise how good a few of the Jag games are.
