No what we need is more sarcastic comments from numptys who have nothing better to do.

I will assume that you have never ever been involved in one ever then.

Oh I have, plenty. I just don't tend to hold on to them forever. Life's too short.

That's true. I actually tend to forget about them for ages, then something will set me off again and off I go.

We've not had a proper row for a long old time. Even what went on in the previous page never really took off and just petered out gracefully. Where has our passion and rage gone?! :P The new moderator team don't know how easy they have it!

Don't want to comment on this other than to say if everyone posting on this thread met up at a pub and had a few beers together I am sure you would all have a lot more in common and a lot more respect for each other than you would think.

A few beers leads to 10, and violence ensues and chairs fly. :P

Haha, wow. I had no idea I was quote so controversial!

Most of it seems it hearken back to a thread where I was basically trying to point out that humans being cruel to humans (and generally being self-destructive) is natural but when it affects animals, it's extremely unfair. Doubtless phrased badly, so my apologies for any offense that was caused! I've never bothered deleting posts, so they'll be somewhere on this forum for those that are extremely curious!

In the interim, thank you all for your support! The signatures and press from the petition managed to save her from deportation (for the moment) and secured her release from the detention center. For the moment, she's safe at home and we're together again. There's lots of legal battles to be fought over the coming months and the future is extremely uncertain...but right here, right now, there's some positive news. So thanks for the signatures and support! :)
