All the films mentioned so far (especially Vacation, A Muppet Christmas Carol and Scrooged), but my family and I always watch a couple of short(ish) cartoon movies every year too -

- Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas - A trilogy of wonderful stories about real love at Christmas
There's a sequel too, but it's CGI and nowhere near as good, called Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas.

- Winnie the Pooh and Christmas too - An adventure about a missing letter to Santa

Both are MUST WATCH Christmas tv.
I fancy a nice hot cup of tea. Splash of milk. No sugar.

Might purchase a couple of Xmas related episodes on Amazon Prime as I've been reminded of 2 I've not seen in years, the first Futurama Xmas ep and the Pinky and the Brain Xmas Special (Which is a must if you've ever enjoyed that show or Animaniacs. )
3DS FC= 0301-9774-9044

PM me if you add me.

Every year I tell myself I'll "be more festive next year" in the lead up to Christmas.
Every year I fail.

Still not watched any Christmas films. MInd you, I'm not sure what will really get me in the mood these days.

However, if you ever wondered what was on BBC or ITV on Christmas Day in 1988* then you're in luck

*other years and channels are also listed, naturally.

Not mentioned in this thread: Just Friends.

It probably hasn't been mentioned because it is gash.

Just a heads up to avoid it. There are a couple of laughs to be had, but overall its pretty dumb lowest common denominator comedy and predictable with it.

Watched Bad Santa again last night.
Don't want to ruin it by watching the new sequel. Not looked into reviews or anything though, either.

It doesn't hold a candle to the first, but it has it's own merits definitely.

Still waiting to watch Christmas Vacation for this year only to find out the missus has already watched while tackling the ironing!
Same applies to Gremlins as I thought my 7 year was too young for the film only to find out he's already watched half of it with his mother!
Grrrrrrrrrrrr! What's next? the original Black Christmas?

Aside from the obvious home alone, jingle all the way (which has a sequel now) I liked this:

Well I watched National Lampoons a few days back, watching Scrooged this afternoon and watched Home Alone about a hour ago... I'm now making it officially Christmas by watching Hans Gruber fall from Nakatomi Plaza :P

Just this minute finished watching Die Hard 2. First three films are still classics to this day.
