Martin Landau from Mission Impossible, North by Northwest, Space 1999 and Ed Wood(for which, he won an Oscar).

Thought he died ages ago to be honest. I'm not the biggest Burton/Depp fan, but Ed Wood is a brilliant film and he fully deserved his Oscar for his role in it.

Yeah was shocked upon hearing about Chester. Not the person I would of said if someone asked me who's next.

One of those bands that helped me get into music as a teenager. Another reminder that mental illness doesn't care about the size of your bank account.

Never knew he was 72, thought he was in his early 60's.

Yeah, I thought the same. Home Alone is nearing 30 years already so he would have been around 45 then.

He deserves better than to be remembered for Home Alone. I don't doubt that it made him a ton of money, but that film is garbage. He did an award winning guest spot on The Sopranos once; that's more like it.

Yeah but unfortunately people tend to remember celebrities for their most famous work and not for their best work.

Aw... damn shame. I guess he hadn't really done much of note for the past thirty years, but he had a really hot streak during the 70s and early 80s. I guess I'll have an excuse to go and watch Lifeforce again, not that I'd really need one.
