I know, it's been amazing. The celebrity dead pool my brother-in-law has been running for nearly a decade used to be a slow and dull affair but this year it has been really action packed! There's a real buzz about the 2017 pool and the number of players looks like it's going to nearly double! The transfer system will have to be tightened up I think. Maybe build in a points system linked to how irrelevant the deceased's career has become by the time they croak? It's just a thought. It's an exciting time for sure though.

When I was on holiday in New York last month a random store security guard was humming "Faith" to himself. Just goes to show the global appeal George Michael had. I, of course, spent the rest of the day humming it. :D

The loss of George Michael is a shock. I grew up listening to his stuff - a true genius imo, I wasn't much of a fan of his later work though.

Still, genuinely gutted hes gone.

I've just heard about Carrie  Not even The Force was strong enough to beat 2016.

This morning when the radio came on to get me up, the news started and I was thinking "Who will be the one to die today, and I got someone from The Royale Family", then layer it was the guy who wrote Watership Down, then Carrie Fisher. When I went to look for a news story I saw that another actress has been found dead in her car (Tricia McCauley).

WHAT'S GOING ON?!!

I think the odds on another tomorrow are almost 1:1

:( At this rate, we best be expecting the Great Sea from Wind Waker or the Majora's Mask moon to do us all in on new year's eve at this rate....

I had the pleasure of meeting Carrie twice at conventions, she was just lovely and friendly and wonderful. 2016 can really censored off now :(
