I've completely fallen off the wagon these past couple of weeks and fighting a virus since the weekend hasn't helped either.

Determined to get sorted again once I'm over the illness.

I stalled for most of mid January to mid February after doing my back in, but so far have gone from 19.6 to 18.10 in the last couple of weeks

My body's gone nuts since June... Over the last eight months I've grown a big belly, gone up three waist sizes and now my jeans are falling off me again, and the T-shirts I'd outgrown are starting to fit again

Decided to beer it this weekend so munchies have struck a little, regular meals have been on track still and I now have a pedometer.

Had lost half a stone in January... Stuck 3 lbs of it back on since, time to get serious again.

Problem with people trying to lose weight is they lose 5-6 pounds first week (usually water) and get pissed off when that doesn't continue, with ankylosing spondalitis I have to keep the weight down to avoid putting extra pressure on the joints, I'm 14 stone and 6ft 3, well, technically I am now 6ft due to my back!

Well, have been dieting since I found out my BP was very high and got shoved on beta blockers (and seem to have cured my massive headaches)...

So in 3 weeks have gone from 16.1 to 15.6 :D

I thought your massive headaches were brought on by moderating this forum! :P

Weighed myself this morning and I'm 15:3

Cut out eating chocolate and stuff from Monday gone, now need to sort out cutting down on portions again and getting back to exercising.

Well, I've been so busy at work and dealing with real people - moderating some of the childish spats on here has been quite a relief

Anyone still sticking at this or have we all given up :)

A bit of an up and down month for me (mostly up  ) but have started again in the last week and managed to get to 18st.

From 19st 6lbs originally so a 20lbs loss in time for my holiday next week.

Would have been more if I had tried harder the past month but still happy with that
